About Me

I started teaching yoga after seeing many people live with pain and discomfort. Knee pain, back stiffness, breathing problems — many thought it was normal. But I believed the body can improve with the right guidance.

Yoga became more than practice for me. It became a way to help people feel better in their daily life.

This platform was created to make structured, guided yoga accessible both offline and online. While traditional studio classes remain at the heart of what we do, the online format allows more people to receive the same careful guidance from anywhere.

Whether someone joins from the studio or through Zoom, the intention remains the same — clear instruction, small group focus, and individual attention.
